MAVIP’s leadership team brings together decades of experience across the technology sector — from global enterprise organisations to high-growth startups — united by a shared conviction that go-to-market success is an outcome to be engineered, not hoped for.

Pratyush founded MAVIP with a single mandate: to build the world’s most integrated GTM consulting and execution firm for organisations operating in high-growth markets. He saw a persistent gap in the market — organisations with excellent products consistently failing to convert that product quality into commercial outcomes, not because of execution failures, but because of strategic ones.
With career experience spanning Redington, HCL, and Tech Mahindra, Pratyush has built and scaled integrated GTM ecosystems across marketing, sales, technology, and customer experience in the Middle East, India, and beyond. He has led market entry programmes for global organisations entering the GCC and India, built channel ecosystems from the ground up, and designed demand generation systems that have created over $210M in qualified pipeline.

She brings over 18 years of B2B technology marketing experience, having built and led marketing functions at enterprise technology companies across India and Southeast Asia.
Her approach to marketing is fundamentally commercial — she measures success in pipeline, not impressions. Under her leadership, MAVIP’s marketing practice has developed the Quotnt content intelligence platform and the Frontlyn sales enablement framework, both of which are now deployed across MAVIP’s client base.
Ananya is a recognised thought leader in B2B technology marketing, having spoken at events including Nasscom, GITEX, and the B2B Marketing Summit. She holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from IIT Bombay.

Khalid leads MAVIP’s revenue operations and client growth practice, responsible for ensuring that every MAVIP engagement delivers measurable commercial outcomes. He brings 20 years of enterprise technology sales and revenue leadership experience across the GCC, with deep expertise in the Saudi and UAE markets.
Before joining MAVIP, Khalid held senior sales leadership roles at Oracle, Cisco, and Microsoft in the Middle East, where he built and led enterprise sales teams responsible for over $500M in cumulative revenue. He has deep relationships across the GCC technology procurement landscape and a track record of building high-performance sales organisations in complex, relationship-driven markets.
Khalid’s philosophy is that revenue is an outcome of systems, not individual heroics. At MAVIP, he is responsible for building the commercial infrastructure — processes, metrics, incentives, and enablement — that allows client sales teams to perform consistently at the highest level.

Rohan leads MAVIP’s channel and partner strategy practice, responsible for designing and executing channel programmes that generate commercial outcomes for technology vendors across emerging markets. He has spent 15 years building and managing technology channel ecosystems across the Middle East, India, and Africa.
His experience spans both sides of the channel relationship — having worked in channel management roles at technology vendors and in business development roles at distributors and resellers. This dual perspective gives him an unusually clear view of where channel programmes succeed and where they fail.
Rohan is the architect of MAVIP’s Undrlay channel intelligence platform, which provides technology vendors with real-time visibility into channel performance, partner engagement, and pipeline health. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani.

Amara leads MAVIP’s Africa and emerging markets practice, responsible for GTM strategy and execution across Sub-Saharan Africa, East Africa, and West Africa. She brings 12 years of technology market development experience across the continent, with a particular focus on enterprise technology adoption in financial services, telecommunications, and government sectors.
Before joining MAVIP, Amara held market development and business development roles at IBM, Huawei, and a pan-African technology distributor, where she built commercial relationships with enterprise buyers, government agencies, and technology partners across 18 African markets.
Amara is a recognised authority on the African technology market, frequently cited in publications including The Africa Report, Business Daily Africa, and TechCabal. She holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Nairobi.

If your current go-to-market motion is not delivering the pipeline, the market share, or the revenue growth that your business requires the answer is not more budget. It is better strategy. MAVIP’s consulting practice will give you the intelligence, the framework, and the roadmap to change that.

He believes that most GTM failures are not execution failures — they are strategic failures that manifest in execution. MAVIP’s entire operating model is built around this conviction.
