MAVIP’s reporting framework is built around one question: what commercial value did this programme create? Every client receives a dedicated GTM dashboard, monthly outcome reviews, and a continuous optimisation plan — all anchored to pipeline, revenue, and NPS.
Our Approach
The B2B marketing industry has a reporting problem. Most agencies and marketing teams report on metrics that are easy to measure — impressions, click-through rates, email opens, event registrations — because they look impressive in a slide deck and require no accountability for what happens next. MAVIP’s reporting framework is built on a different principle: the only metrics that matter are the ones that connect to a commercial outcome.
This means MAVIP reports on qualified pipeline created, sales-qualified leads delivered, decision-makers engaged, meetings confirmed, revenue influenced, and client NPS — not as supplementary metrics alongside vanity numbers, but as the primary measures of programme success. Every other metric is context, not conclusion.

How We Report
Our Commitment
MAVIP’s commercial accountability framework is structured around shared KPIs — metrics that your leadership team is accountable for and that MAVIP is equally accountable for delivering. At the start of every engagement, MAVIP and the client agree on a set of commercial KPIs — pipeline targets, SQL volumes, meeting quotas, NPS floors — and MAVIP’s performance is measured against these targets every quarter.
If MAVIP misses a target, the programme is reviewed and redesigned. If MAVIP consistently delivers above target, the engagement is scaled. This is the model that produces an NPS of 83 — because every client knows that MAVIP is accountable for the same outcomes they are.
